Got questions? Ask a Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) representative.

To help ensure the health and safety of all employees, retirees and third-party benefits administrators during the COVID-19 pandemic, ERS will continue hosting Summer Enrollment events online.

BCBSTX is participating in ERS’ Summer Enrollment webinars to share important benefit updates for Plan Year 2022 and give you a chance to ask questions directly to ERS and BCBSTX. Make sure to attend a webinar before you complete your Summer Enrollment benefits elections.

You can find the webinar schedule posted on the online events calendar and can join the webinars from the convenience of your computer or other device. Please check the ERS Summer Enrollment webpage and the calendar regularly for updates.
