Improve your health and feel better by breaking the habit. Tobacco use is the leading cause of preventable death and can cause cancer, stroke, heart disease and numerous other diseases1. Most tobacco users have a hard time quitting. Nicotine is very addictive which makes it hard to kick the habit.
