BCBSTX Event Attendance Request

You can submit a request for a Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) representative to attend your event by contacting us at this email: BCBSTXSupport_ERSTeam@bcbstx.com and filling out all required fields.
Please submit your email at least six weeks prior to your event to allow enough time to fulfill your request. If your event is in less than six weeks, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Once your email is submitted, please allow up to 72 hours for a BCBSTX representative to respond via email or phone. If you have any changes prior to your event after submitting your request, you can send a follow-up message to the same email address with your contact information and the change to the event.
IMPORTANT: This form is exclusively for benefits and wellness coordinators at State of Texas agencies and higher education institutions.
