Quitting Tobacco can help
Quitting Tobacco is a free online course available to all HealthSelect participants. It is designed to help you quit using tobacco and stay tobacco-free. This self-directed course provides information on:
- Four different quit methods
- Goal setting
- How to identify triggers
- How to avoid relapse
The course includes twelves lessons that you can complete at your own pace. Revisit completed lessons whenever you like.

- Educational videos
- Challenge activities

To access Quitting Tobacco:
- Access Well onTarget® by logging in to Blue Access for MembersSM and clicking on the Well onTarget link on the left side of the homepage, under “Quick Links.”
- Click “Menu” in the upper left corner.
- Select “Courses.”
- Select “Quitting Tobacco.”
More tobacco cessation programs and some prescription drugs are available at no cost to eligible HealthSelect participants.
