Getting sick is never convenient. When you don't feel well or your child is sick, you may not be able to leave your home or office to go to the doctor’s office. With virtual visits, you and your eligible dependents can consult a doctor online for your urgent health care needs.
Virtual visits give you access to a licensed board-certified doctor 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
Consult a doctor anytime online
Good news! If you are enrolled in HealthSelectSM of Texas (In-Area) or HealthSelectSM Out-of-State, you will have $0 copay for virtual visits. That means you will have 100% coverage for virtual visits under your plan for medical services (excluding mental health care), making virtual visits a convenient option when you need urgent care.
