Consumer Directed HealthSelect and HealthSelect of Texas Updates
Out-of-Pocket Maximums – Effective January 1, 2024, the out-of-pocket maximum will increase to $7,500 for employee-only coverage and $15,000 for family coverage. The out-of-pocket maximum includes expenses you pay toward medical and prescription drug copays, coinsurance and deductibles, if your plan has one.
Diabetic supplies - As of Sept. 1, 2023, you can no longer get diabetic supplies, including test strips and lancets, through your medical plan benefits. Instead, you will get them through the HealthSelect Prescription Drug Program (PDP).
