Having a fitness buddy can help you stick to good eating and exercise habits. Many fitness experts agree that we are more likely to eat better and exercise more when a friend or family member joins us. This month, buddy up. Reach out to a friend or co-worker and commit to getting healthier together. GOAL: For this 30-day challenge, track how many times you exercised or enjoyed a healthy meal with a friend. Try to buddy up every day!
