Effective Oct. 1, 2024, HealthSelectSM medical plan participants will have access to a new well-being platform offered by the Employees Retirement System of Texas.

If you have earned Blue Points through Well onTarget, you have until Dec. 31, 2024, to redeem your points. Beginning Jan. 1, 2025, you will no longer be able to earn or redeem Blue Points.

If you are currently working with a Well onTarget coach, you will have until Dec. 31, 2024, to complete your coaching program. Beginning Jan. 1, 2025, you will no longer have access to Well onTarget coaching.

Well onTarget is our suite of integrated wellness offerings designed to help you reach your wellness goals. It includes personalized tools and resources to support your health and wellness.

    Wellness is a team effort. So Well onTarget connects you with people who can help. You can talk to a dedicated health coach, print a health report to share with your doctor, or get encouragement from your friends by sharing your progress on social media.

    As you engage in healthy activities, you can earn points or other incentives. Use those incentives to choose healthy items. Or redeem your points for one of thousands of items in the Well onTarget Shopping Mall.

How to access Well onTarget

Well onTarget is accessed through the Blue Access for Members portal.

Access Blue Access for Members by clicking “Log In” in the top right corner of the HealthSelect website.

Once logged into Blue Access for Members, click the Wellness tab at the top of the screen and then click “Visit Well onTarget.”

If you need any help registering or accessing Well onTarget, please contact a BCBSTX Personal Health Assistant toll-free at (800) 252-8039 (TTY: 711). This is the same number found on the back of your medical ID card.

Log in to Blue Access for MembersSM to access Well onTarget.
