2023 Summer Enrollment
Health Care - Wherever You Are

Know your options for medical coverage

Summer Enrollment for Plan Year 2024 is here. Plan Year 2024 begins on September 1, 2023 and runs through August 31, 2024. You can learn more about the HealthSelect of Texas® and Consumer Directed HealthSelectSM plans and benefits changes by viewing the resources on this page.

During your two-week enrollment phase, active employees and retirees not eligible for Medicare will have the opportunity to choose a new medical plan or add eligible dependents for the new plan year. Any changes you make to your and your dependent(s) medical coverage will go into effect on September 1, 2023.

If you don’t want to make changes to your medical benefits, you don't need to do anything. Your current HealthSelectSM coverage will continue. Note: Medicare-eligible retirees will have the opportunity to make plan changes in the fall.

Consumer Directed HealthSelect and HealthSelect of Texas Updates
