Agreement Reached with Southwestern Health Resources

Through determined efforts on both sides, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) reached an agreement with Southwestern Health Resources (SWHR). We’re pleased to let you know that SWHR doctors and hospitals are still in the HealthSelect^SM network. The agreements are retroactive to April 1, 2025. Thank you for your patience as we worked on this issue. Our goal is to provide access to cost-effective, quality health care throughout Texas.
