Be Kind This May

5/05/2022

Kindness matters

Think about the last time you did something helpful or nice for someone. Most likely, it made you feel good to see them smile and know you played a part in their happiness. Research from The Journal of Social Psychology shows that being kind can lead to greater life satisfaction. That’s because when you help or make others feel good through kind actions or words, you know you have made a positive impact on another person’s life. Kindness matters. Give it a try.
